What it is
A very light viewer for PDFs and e-books. The install is around ten megabytes and it runs from a single executable, so double-clicking a file opens it with no perceptible wait. It is view-only — no annotation, no signing.
When to pick this
If you only read PDFs and want it light — especially on a low-spec machine. For annotation or signing, use Foxit or Acrobat Reader.

Instant open
The program is small enough that there is effectively no startup delay. If your PDF reader feels heavy, the difference is obvious.
Formats
PDF plus ePub, MOBI, DjVu and CBZ, so it covers e-books and comics too.
View-only
No annotation, highlighting, signing or editing. Those need a different program.
