What it is
A PDF reader from Foxit Software. It does much of what Acrobat Reader does but is lighter, so files open faster when you double-click them. Annotation, highlighting and signing are all free.
When to pick this
If you open PDFs often and annotate them. For reading only, SumatraPDF is far lighter; for exact layout fidelity, Acrobat Reader.
