After a reformat
To resume what you were downloading
The list of active torrents is in %LOCALAPPDATA%\qBittorrent\BT_backup. Copy that folder and the partly downloaded files before formatting and the new install resumes them. Without it, the torrent files have to be added again.
Settings
Download folder, port and speed limits are set again. The settings file is qBittorrent.ini in the same folder.
