What it is
A long-standing Korean archiver from ESTsoft, and the program that made the .alz and .egg formats common in Korea. It is free for personal use only: installing it on a company or public-sector PC requires a paid licence, which is the single most important thing to know about it.
When to pick this
Only if you need to open alz or egg archives at home. Bandizip opens both formats and is free at work as well.

It reads and writes the formats it introduced. Files split across multiple parts by older Korean sites are usually alz.
Personal use only
Free at home, licensed at work. Installing it on a work machine is a licence violation, and this catches people out regularly.
